We had an amazing experience at arterra Hotel during Christmas day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the overall ambiance made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to relax and unwind. God bless

The hotel was clean and neat and definitely worth the price. The views from the hotel were amazing, 360 views of the water. It was 20 minutes to the airport and about an hour away from downtown. It is a bit far from Mactan Newtown so ypu can't walk but if you want to relax and enjoy the hotel it's great. Breakfast was average but the staff were amazing in assisting us with anything we needed.

Great price for a lovely view, did not have hot water in the shower but the maintenance team came by immediately to patiently resolve this issue for us.

The breakfast buffet were so good. They cook the egg as per your request and as the way you preferred, serving fresh from the pan❤️. You can totally enjoy the delicious breakfast with the mesmerizing sea view. The location is far from the main road, taking you away from the noise and buzz of the city to the serene and calm sound of birds and sea breeze. Good place to relax and have fun with the amenities.

Place is very far from the city and where you generally want to go. You cannot swim at the beach due to sharp rocks so you need to use the pool. They do have a shuttle service but this means you will be stuck with their schedule. I had a great time but you need to set your expectations when coming here.
